About the Team
The Content Design team plays a vital role in shaping the consumer experience on TikTok Shop. As a Content Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop engaging product features, intuitive user interfaces, and clear product UI content.

Key Responsibilities
– Develop content design strategies to enhance the consumer experience on TikTok Shop
– Collaborate with Product Management, Product Design, Brand, Marketing, Engineering, and Localization teams to drive impact
– Craft concise, conversational product UI content that resonates with our users
– Contribute to and evolve TikTok Shop’s content, voice, and style guidelines
– Partner with Content Designers on the Seller and Creator side of the TikTok Shop ecosystem

Qualifications
– Minimum 5 years of content design or relevant UX writing experience in e-commerce-focused web or mobile applications
– Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
– Strong portfolio showcasing user interface copy, microcopy, and user education
– Experience designing and shipping end-to-end products with complex flows, multiple scenarios, and edge cases
– Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
– Proven ability to prioritize projects and make informed decisions
– Experience using Figma and other design tools
– Ability to drive product strategy and vision
