JOB SUMMARY:

Senior Content Designer to empower small businesses worldwide with award-winning design. You will be integral in transforming complex financial concepts into engaging, approachable stories and leading projects from brainstorming to launch, utilizing the latest AI-powered tools and UX practices. Your role will be pivotal in crafting rich web experiences, educating partners on brand voice, and driving innovation through informed design decisions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Partner with marketing and design teams to create benefits-driven storytelling.
• Simplify financial jargon into conversational, user-friendly language.
• Develop compelling web experiences, email campaigns, and in-product messages.
• Educate partners about QuickBooks voice and tone, ensuring brand consistency.
• Lead multiple projects with strong communication, leveraging customer data and industry trends to guide design decisions.

Must have Skills

• Advanced proficiency in storytelling and copywriting.
• Strong knowledge of design principles.
• Efficacy in collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.

Industry Experience:

• 5+ years in content design or strategy, preferably within the technology or finance industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (English, Journalism, HCI Design, etc.), Master’s degree is a plus.
