Content Designer with UX

We’re looking for a talented Content Strategist to join our team at Sutter Health.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to shape communication strategies for patient health management and engagement. You’ll write compelling copy, produce and edit empathetic content for various channels, including videos, print, presentations, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content that connects with diverse audiences
Stay up-to-date with best practices and consumer feedback to develop effective content designs
Work closely with subject matter experts to craft compelling stories
Research, write, edit, and roll out content across multiple channels

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
Experience creating patient-facing content for healthcare or digital health platforms
Strong skills in storytelling, tone of voice, and content strategy
Able to write plain-language content that maintains a human-centered voice
Familiarity with multimedia storytelling and video production
Exceptional writing, research, and comprehension skills
Ability to analyze complex information and communicate it effectively
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
