About This Role

Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing will be a key contributor in growing CharityStars’s content strategy both on our platform and marketing channels. Working closely with the Managing Directors of each country, you will support the success of strategic communications plans by providing content and design deliverables on time and consistent with the objective/goals of the plans.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop content for various channels including websites, newsletters, social media, paid ads, reports, and others that support the mission of CharityStars and align with the company’s strategy
  • Working with cross-functional partners
  • site including merchandisers, UX designers, copywriters, & product teams
  • Keep manager promptly advised about any impediments to the efficient and effective achievement of key deliverables
  • Be proactive and demonstrate strong organizational and follow up skills in getting the information you need to do your job effectively

Required Skills :

  • Comfortable working in design programs, writing copy, and doing basic data analytics
  • Creating videos, GIFs, and motion graphics
  • Typography, layout, color, editing photography
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and and InDesign
  • Experience with digital communication channels including, but not limited to websites and social media required
  • Experience working in a technology environment highly desirable
