You will work closely with our engineering, product, and customer support teams to create manuals, guides, and other technical documentation that helps our users effectively use our products.
• Write, edit, and update user manuals, online help, release notes, and technical guides.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, well-organized, and adheres to the company’s style guide.
• Manage the documentation lifecycle from draft through publication and updates.
• Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation.
• Review and edit content created by other team members for clarity, grammar, and technical accuracy.
