Goods refer to items offered for sale on the Service, which may include digital products such as courses, templates, downloads, and other educational materials, as well as any physical items we may offer from time to time.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Placing Orders for Goods

By placing an Order for Goods or digital products through the Service, You represent and warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

If You wish to place an Order for Goods available on the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your payment details, billing address, and other contact information necessary to complete the transaction.

You represent and warrant that:

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Errors in descriptions or pricing
  • Errors in Your Order
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal transactions

We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel an Order if fraud or an unauthorized transaction is suspected.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Any Goods You purchase can only be returned or refunded in accordance with these Terms and any applicable refund or return policy posted on the Service.

Digital Goods, downloadable materials, templates, and educational content are generally non-returnable once access has been granted, except where required by law.

For any approved cancellations or refunds, reimbursement will be processed using the original payment method. You will not incur fees for such reimbursement.

You will not have the right to cancel an Order for:

  • Digital content once access or download has begun with Your consent
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Services that have already been fully performed

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We continually update Our offerings. Goods or services available on the Service may occasionally be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information including pricing, availability, descriptions, or specifications. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time without prior notice.

Prices Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.

Prices may also be adjusted due to circumstances beyond Our control, including tax changes, currency fluctuations, or payment processing costs. In such cases, You will have the right to cancel Your Order before it is finalized.

Payments

All Goods and Subscriptions are subject to payment at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Payments may be made using available payment methods such as credit cards, debit cards, or online payment providers.

Payment methods are subject to authorization and validation checks by the issuing provider. If authorization is not received, We are not liable for delays or non-delivery.

We do not store full payment card information on Our servers.

Subscriptions

Subscription Period

Some parts of the Service are available only through a paid Subscription. If You purchase a Subscription, You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the plan You select at the time of purchase.

At the end of each Subscription period, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless You cancel it or the Company cancels it.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel Your Subscription renewal through Your Account settings or by contacting Us.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Subscription benefits until the end of that period.

Billing

You shall provide accurate and complete billing information including Your name, billing address, and valid payment details.

If automatic billing fails for any reason, We may issue an electronic invoice requiring manual payment within a specified deadline.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.

Fee Changes

The Company may modify Subscription fees at its sole discretion. Any fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Subscription period.

We will provide reasonable prior notice of any fee change to allow You the opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the Service after a fee change becomes effective constitutes Your agreement to pay the modified amount.

Refunds

Except when required by law, Subscription payments are non-refundable.

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at the Company’s sole discretion.

Promotions

Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by separate rules.

If You participate in Promotions, You agree to review and follow the applicable rules. If Promotion rules conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

User Accounts

When You create an Account, You agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of Your Account.

You are responsible for safeguarding Your password and for all activity that occurs under Your Account.

You agree not to share Your password with any third party and to notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You may not use a username that:

  • Belongs to another person or entity without authorization
  • Infringes on trademarks or rights of others
  • Is offensive, vulgar, or obscene

We reserve the right to reclaim or remove usernames at Our discretion.
