API Technical Writer
Location: India – Remote (Working hours is in EST AND PST)
Duration: Contract
Required experience
· 10+ years of experience in technical documentation, with a strong focus on APIs
· Proven experience documenting REST APIs, endpoints, schemas, authentication, and error handling
· Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured documentation
· Experience working alongside engineering and security teams
· Familiarity with compliance-driven documentation (SOC 2 is a big plus)
We’re looking for a senior API Technical Writer with strong experience documenting both existing and newly built APIs. This role will play a key part in improving developer-facing documentation while supporting SOC 2 implementation efforts.
