Define and execute a comprehensive documentation strategy aligned with roadmaps and business objectives
Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of technical writers
Drive editorial and technical excellence; optimize tools and processes for scalable content
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support; promote a docs-as-code approach
Standardize tone, structure, and accessibility across API docs, SDKs, tutorials, release notes, and FAQs
