Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Documentation Specialist to support a major client in the energy sector. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in accuracy, organization, and efficiency. As part of a large, prestigious company, you will handle essential data processes, ensuring that every detail is managed with precision.

Responsibilities

  • Process, verify, and manage accurate data entries into company systems.
  • Cross-reference data entries against source documents to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies by re-entering accurate information.
  • Generate and process routine reports and maintain up-to-date administrative records.
  • Resolve system edits for invalid data by deleting errors and re-entering valid entries.
  • Keep daily production logs of completed tasks.
  • Manage document filing and duplication as needed for project support.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and systems, especially in the upstream oil and gas sector.
  • Basic understanding of the SAP PM Module is preferred.
  • Ability to solve problems independently and make basic decisions.
