Overview
Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in document management and data entry? We are seeking a dedicated Document Management Specialist to join our team in Grayson, GA. This role involves updating, routing, and releasing controlled documents, providing essential documentation support, data entry, and serving as a receptionist for the site.
Responsibilities
- Update, route, and release various controlled documents in the Enterprise Resource Planning system (SAP ECC 6.0).
- Track all controlled documents efficiently and maintain organized records.
- Input data into the site’s calibration management system.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for presentations, document creation, and data analysis.
- Support leadership with special projects and assignments.
- Act as a receptionist, answering calls, and welcoming visitors.
- Train associates on the use of SAP ECC 6.0 and create IT and SAP service tickets.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability to changing situations and unexpected events.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Three to five years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
