Plus, you’ll be the guardian of our developer portal, making it a hub of engagement and enlightenment, all while rubbing shoulders with the brilliant minds on Stack Overflow and other vibrant platforms.

YOUR MISSION

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to whip up clear and concise technical docs, from user guides to release notes.
• Translate intricate tech lingo into plain language that speaks to both techies and the tech-curious.
• We’re all about efficiency! Implement top-notch documentation infrastructure and version control to streamline the process.
• Teamwork makes the dream work – work closely with our devs to seamlessly integrate documentation into our offerings.
• Gather insights from our product managers, software engineers, and quality assurance teams to make your docs shine.
• Team up with the design team when visuals add that extra oomph to the docs.
• Keep our developer portal fresh and fantastic, always up-to-date and user-friendly.
• Create content that’s not just informative but engaging for our developer community.
• Dive into online developer communities like Stack Overflow and Discord, share your wisdom, and keep the positivity flowing.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

MUST HAVES: 

1. A background in Web/Software Development and a flair for modern tech stacks.
2. Proven skills in technical writing/tech blogging and documentation engineering, preferably in a tech-driven realm.
3. A strong command of written and spoken English.
4. Proficiency in documentation tools and version control systems.
5. The ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
6. An eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to crafting top-notch documentation.

NICE TO HAVES:

• A formal degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Technical Writing, Communication).
• A solid grasp of software development concepts and technologies.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with graphic and multimedia tools for jazzing up your documentation.
• A history of engaging and supporting developer communities.
