• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a technology or data-related field.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise documentation.
• Should have solid experience in change request.
• Proven experience documenting data-related projects, data flows, data mappings, and system integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with technical teams to gather information and produce accurate documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
