Technical Writer with API

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, write, and maintain detailed documentation for RESTful APIs, developer tools, and integration guides.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA, and support teams to gather information and translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation.

Create content such as API reference guides, integration walkthroughs, architecture diagrams, and use case documentation.

Work with UX/UI teams to maintain consistency across technical content and documentation portals.

Ensure documentation meets internal standards for style, clarity, and usability.

Contribute to the improvement of documentation tools and processes.

Maintain version control of documentation aligned with product releases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a software development environment.

Strong understanding and experience documenting APIs (REST/JSON), SDKs, and complex system architectures.

Prior experience in payment systems,

Experience using JIRA or similar tools for task and project management.

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for clarity and precision.
