Description: Our client is currently seeking a UX Writer & Content Designer IV

Project Overview:

This Senior UX Content Designer (UXCD) will be responsible for driving our in-product language and content strategy across Discovery and Watch features and other key journeys for growth experiences across TV, Primetime Channels, and Sunday Ticket.

In this role, you’ll partner with UX designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, marketing/brand, localization, legal, and policy to deliver compelling content solutions and cohesive and scalable strategies across different platforms. You’ll champion the value of the content design discipline, establish strong relationships, and build alignment across multiple teams.

You’ll also be part of broader, centralized Content Design team. The team is embedded in their respective product areas so they can have a close working relationship with their XFN teams, gain deep domain expertise, and work in a focused way that’s impactful.

Minimum qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant writing experience: content design (including UX writing, hierarchy/information architecture, audits, taxonomy)
  • Fluency in writing in American English
  • Experience working on global brands/experiences and localization, i18n
  • Experience creating and implementing visual design systems, applying design tools (e.g. Figma)
  • Analytical thinking about customer journeys and content flows, framing and scaling content design solutions
  • Comfortable with A/B testing: Forming a hypothesis, designing a test, and building off results
  • Highly collaborative and self-directed
  • Understands needs for writing that can scale across different platforms
  • Can provide portfolio of UX-focused content strategy and writing samples

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working in media, entertainment, and/or sports
  • Familiarity with live sports (esp NFL Sunday Ticket) and media entertainment industry
